Filister Enterprises is a privately owned and managed apartment rental company. We own and manage 8 different rental communities throughout the Minneapolis/St. Paul metro area. Filister Enterprises began 65 years ago when Morrie Filister purchased his first apartment rental property. Morrie's apartment community grew over the years and in the 1970s his son Harvey joined the Filister team. Today, we are still family owned and operated and value the personal attention we can offer our residents and employees. We proudly have long term employees because we believe in rewarding our employee's loyalty with loyalty!
