For example in the Netherlands IBG grew "Fietsenwinkel.nl"​ from an e-commerce start-up to the #1 bicycle (r)etailer by offering fully integrated on- and offline sales in combination with a strong after sales service network (>250 physical locations under management) within 5 years. IBG’s young and international team of more than 500 colleagues is entrepreneurial minded and enjoys disrupting a conservative market at an annual growth rate of over 70%. IBG is founded in 2009 and headquartered in Amsterdam.

Fietsunie is een totaal concept. Wij hebben een ruime E-Bike store in het centrum van Emmen (Drenthe) Hier kunnen onze klanten op hun gemak al onze E-bikes en ombouwsets proberen en bekijken. Wij verkopen de volgende merken (Kalkhoff, Giant, Simplon, Van Raam, Cortina, en Urban Arrow) Onze werkplaats is zo ingericht dat wij van alle markten thuis zijn. En wij gaan dan ook verder waar andere fietsenwinkels en verkopers van ombouwsets stoppen! Fietsunie Hoofdkantoor & Magazijn. Op ons hoofdkantoor zit ook ons klantenservice team. Zij helpen dagelijks c.a. 200 tot 300 klanten telefonisch, via mail, whatsapp of social media. Vanuit deze vestiging versturen wij ook onze webshop orders. Onze logistiek medewerkers handelen dagelijks c.a. 250 tot 400 orders af afhankelijk van het seizoen. Naast onze webshop en logistiek werken wij op deze vestiging ook samen met onze OEM klanten. Wij werken in Europa samen met gerenommeerde fietsfabrikanten waarvoor wij in overleg met deze klanten de ontwikkeling en levering doen van de elektrische fiets onderdelen.
