Back in 2006 we collectively identified what we believed to be the key fieldwork processes, we then looked at each one with a view to maximising quality and value at every stage of our work. The result is an ongoing programme of review, the aim of which is to raise clients’ expectations of fieldwork and data collection suppliers. Making this approach a reality is our talented project management team who have on average 9 years experience in market research operations. The whole team, together with our experienced data processing staff, are situated in one central London office location, enabling cross methodology, cross departmental and cross project training and learning.
