Fieldstone Network Information

Our belief that people are the greatest asset of a nonprofit organization calls us to help people who have found their vocation in the social sector develop their talents, skills, and ability to impact others. Thus, strengthening nonprofit leadership is the focus of the Fieldstone Network. The Fieldstone Network was crafted in response to and in partnership with nonprofit executives as a vehicle for peer learning. This Network has evolved into an innovative continuum of leadership programs based on what is required for social sector leaders to succeed: *Personal Capacity: The leadership capacity of a nonprofit executive plays a critical role in the organization’s overall ability to fulfill its mission. *A Trusted Network: Nonprofit leaders require a trusted cohort of fellow professionals to be a resource and ally in their work. *Diversity in Continuous Learning: Nonprofit leaders need multi-generational and cross-sector learning opportunities to expand their perspectives and manage staff effectively. Our programs are designed to provide the brave space to develop one's personal leadership talents while addressing organizational challenges and building a trusted network of nonprofit peers. As a leadership learning community, the Fieldstone Network is not a one-time training experience but an ongoing reciprocal community of nonprofit leaders committed to their own development and the development of their peers with the ultimate goal of amplifying our impact of our work.
