Most programs don't land. We design the kind that do. Field is a Learning Experience Design studio. We work with L&D teams at Accenture, UNESCO, Cambridge University, Eindhoven University of Technology, Quest Alliance, and Teach for India and independent course creators. Three ways to work with us: 1. Build: Zero-to-one program design for first-time teams or new initiatives 2. Improve: Audit and redesign for existing programs that aren't landing 3. Upskill: Workshops and cohorts that build a shared design method inside learning teams We're based in Bangalore and work with teams in India, Europe and the UK.
