FIDUPAR was incorporated in 2000 by the contribution in kind of the financial engeneering department of Paribas Luxembourg. The company's main purpose is to pursue activities of a professional of the financial sector, as amended, as a, investments firm in the capacity of a commissioner, as a registrar agent, as domiciliation agent for companies, including incorporation and management of companies. The company may act as trustee under the terms provided by the law of 27 July 2003 on fiduciary contracts. It may also provide services regarding the survey, the creation, the promoting of business, economic and investments projects, the administration, the incorporation, the transformation, the reorganization of companies as well as corporate and financial engineering structures related to its purpose.
