We operate through three complementary strategies: 1) Portfolio acquisitions: We purchase existing credit card portfolios that banks are looking to move off their balance sheets, leveraging disciplined valuation expertise and agile execution. 2) Co-brand programs: We fund and manage assets for new credit card programs alongside trusted brand partners. 3) Buy-box expansion: We work with banks to safely expand their card lending into adjacent customer segments, enabling banks to responsibly expand approvals and deepen customer relationships while they continue to service the accounts.
