Over the past Twenty years Michael DeMar and Warren Smith have worked closely and formed lasting relationships with multiple municipalities including but not limited to the Villages of Long Grove, Kildeer, Buffalo Grove, Palatine, Roselle and Grayslake. Building individual custom single family homes in luxury sub-divisions such as Country Club Woods, Country Club Meadows, Tall Oaks and Stirling Manor, DeMar and Fidelity Builders have found the right home site for each client and made their dream of a beautiful new luxury custom home a reality. Fidelity purchased it from Pulte Homes who was building a few homes a year, sold some lots to other builders and between them and Fidelity closed nearly 20 homes a year.
