FicusRx Clinicians is a clinical pharmacist group that works in collaboration with providers to optimize patient medication regimens, promote wellness, and forge the importance of preventative services and a healthy lifestyle. At our core we are patient advocates that believe all patients should not only know how to properly use their medications, but are empowered to take control of their health by understanding them. In the current state of our health care system, where we are moving away from fee-for-service toward quality care driven payment models, FicusRx Clinicians is a solution for making our healthcare system work better. Having multiple providers, polypharmacy issues, and adherence issues put patients at risk for medication related adverse events and hospitalizations. FicusRx Clinicians is a solution to decrease that risk and it is our mission to bridge as many gaps in our health care system as possible.
