FICOPE - Fiscalização e Coordenação de Projectos de Engenharia desde 1987. With head office in Paço de Arcos, Oeiras centres its activities on the fields of Studies and Project Design, Management Consultancy, Coordination, Works Supervision and Project Management. FICOPE, Lda was established in 1987 and at the moment is present both in Portugal and Madeira Island, as well as in Angola, Brasil, Cape Verde, and Mozambique. The company head office is in the Lisbon area – Paço de Arcos – Oeiras, and the team has a significant experience in large projects assuming project management and supervision roles. The company professional resume is very extensive, and proves the experience in the residential, hospitality, retail, industrial and office construction/ fit out areas. FICOPE is a ISO 9001 certified company and is recognized by the Portuguese National Laboratory of Civil Engineering (LNEC) as “Quality Manager” with the highest grade – 8 for "Buildings and Monuments" and 7 for "Roads and Works of Urbanization". FICOPE core activity is project management and supervision services as well as engineering design. FICOPE is also the Rider Levett Bucknall "RLB Euro Alliance" partner in Portugal. Together, the two firms provide core services; quantity surveying, project management and advisory services in Portugal.
