FIC Partners Management, LP ("FIC") is an investment firm, dedicated to thoughtful infrastructure investing in energy and we are accelerating the development of strategic assets that serve societal utility needs. FIC was born from a vision to create a leading middle-market infrastructure firm. We seek to leverage our team's experiences and relationships to invest in infrastructure serving the power and power-use value chains, which we believe are supported by multi-decade tailwinds. Our focus is on robust, high-quality infrastructure assets that are critical or strategically positioned for resiliency across cycles in the following sectors: gas transmission, downstream, utilities, renewables & de-carbonization and data / telecom. We partner with management teams and provide capital to support the growth, optimization and enhancement of critical infrastructure assets at all phases of the development lifecycle: greenfield, brownfield, expansion and developed. FIC believes in an “all-of-the-above" energy future where fossil fuels, renewables and electrification co-exist. We seek investments that IMPROVE existing energy infrastructure and value chains, SUPPORT a smooth energy transition, or REDUCE the carbon intensity of energy used today.
