FH Construction provides Commercial Construction and Design-Build services to real estate Owners/Investors, Developers, and Businesses. FH Construction specializes in large scale renovations, commercial interiors as well as New Construction Residential projects. Our project sizes range from $1M to $25M. Our specialization is middle market Tenant Improvement projects. Our average project size ranges from $50,000 to $5M. We understand the need to work with a professional general contractor who is timely in providing their estimates, has the capability to finish projects within the Customers timeframe, as well as deliver a product under budget. Our unique structure allows us to in-house the majority of trades. Additionally our deep understanding of the subcontractor market gives us the relationships we need to make sure our Customers project are taken care of on their terms.
