FGMS is a financial services firm that specializes in structuring, servicing, and managing Tax Lien Loan portfolios. Our goal is to provide investors with principal preservation, cash flow and attractive returns with low correlation to traditional investments. We achieve these goals by utilizing licensed originators and servicing companies; extensive use of technology and processes which enable security, control and scaling; and by leveraging our experience of managing a $6 million portfolio in this asset class. FGMS provides clients with domain expertise in a single core competency of Regulated Sections 32.06 & 32.065 of the Texas Tax Code are the primary statutes governing the tax lending industry.
