Through our ecosystem of live esports events, racing academies, driver development programmes, and real-world race opportunities, we identify talent based on performance—not budget. Our flagship event, Drive to Dream, gives sim racers the chance to earn places in our Caterham Academy team and F4 Driver Development Programme, turning virtual success into real racing opportunities. Alongside our racing platform, we're building a tokenised motorsport economy powered by blockchain technology. By combining digital ownership with real-world assets (RWAs), we're creating a sustainable funding model that enables our community to support the future of motorsport while sharing in the growth of the FGEN ecosystem.
