Pre-assembly of pipe spools at our premises to simplify installation at site for large piping systems (including the pipe 'sleeve' method). This pre-fabrication process streamlines on-site assembly, reducing the need for highly skilled labor and expediting project completion by bringing pre-welded components to the job site for easier integration. 3. The internal cement mortar lining (CML) of pipes and spools to protect the inner surface from corrosion. CML offers both chemical and physical protection to the steel substrate. 4. The external coating of pipes and spools using liquid epoxies, heat shrinkable sleeves, and cold application tape methods. 5. Packing pre-fabricated pipes/spools into containers and shipping the final product to your project site.
