Fetch is completely free for FTE roles and a simple 4.5% platform fee (per party) for consulting roles. Fetch started out as fetchConsultant with a simple premise - whenever there is a role for which the client interviews the consultant directly, there is unnecessary margin accreting to the consulting firm, often well in excess of 40%. This incentivizes firms to obfuscate bill and pay rates, overstate the quality of their consultants and inflate the value their firm provides. Fetch gets rid of this paradigm in its entirety, and we decided to extend our full suite of features to FTE hiring as well. The Fetch platform enables: • Clients to post opportunities and instantly notify 100s of certified professionals • Applicants to apply directly (or refer and earn) and name their own rate* • Clients to quickly screen, interview and onboard hires • Consultants and clients to manage engagements, contract extensions and time/expense entry* • Fetch serves as the intermediary* ○ Contracts with the client for efficiency and liability protections ○ Contracts with the consultant via 1099 to maximize tax deductions and retirement savings ○ Pays the consultant monthly (regardless of invoicing status)** ○ Invoices the client** * Only applicable to consulting roles ** A 4.5% platform fee is added to the invoice and deducted from the payment
