With over 15,000 Pet Sitters, Mad Paws connects Pet Owners and Sitters across the nation. In 2020, Mad Paws launched a series of new pet-related businesses. These include Mad Paws Pet Insurance; and Mad Paws Dinner Bowl, a range of premium dog meals. Mad Paws has attracted investment from a range of sources, including Equity Venture Partners, Madoch Ventures, and Qantas Ventures. The latter of these has led an ongoing commercial partnership between Mad Paws and Qantas.
