Van 2 tot en met 11 juli 2010 manifesteert Oosterhout zich tien dagen als kunsthoofdstad van Nederland. Het jaarlijks cultureel festival waarbij het marktplein dient als het podium voor kunst in de breedste zin van het woord. Van straattheater, toneel en muziekvoorstellingen tot kookkunst, circusacts, modeshows en andere kunstdisciplines. Elke dag staat een bepaald thema centraal, waarbij kunstenaars unieke performances verzorgen. Het festival gaat gepaard met een International Exhibition of Art in de basiliek van Sint Jan de Doper.
