FERZ Information

FERZ builds deterministic runtime authorization infrastructure for AI systems operating in regulated environments. We evaluate proposed AI actions against formal policy before execution, enforcing ALLOW, DENY, or ABSTAIN at a non-bypassable runtime authorization boundary. DENY and ABSTAIN block execution; any human override is a separately governed action. Each evaluation produces a tamper-evident, replayable authorization artifact supporting an independently reconstructable verdict. Execution remains blocked when required authorization conditions cannot be established. Our applied research and patented and patent-pending technologies inform reference architectures and engineering specifications for enforceable AI governance.
