Different from other Agents in Argentina, the ships operators have their bases at the Port (Decentralized Operations Department, also called D.O.D.), thus they receive first-hand information in the Port and in the same time they are in direct contact with the main actors of the shipment (Captains, Owners, Charterers and Cargo Coordinators). By this way, it is guaranteed a fluent and direct communication between all parties that eases the overcoming of any difficulty and the detection of any opportunity to maximize the turnaround of the ship.
