Ferrous Logic is an AI-first consultancy for organizations with real problems to solve. We help you identify where the pain actually is, prototype and validate solutions quickly, and engineer the processes, workflows, and systems that make the improvement stick. The deliverable is working software running in production and measured against what it replaced, not a strategy document. We show up three ways. Consulting, to help leadership separate where AI genuinely changes the economics from where it's a distraction, then sequence the work so it survives contact with the org chart. Solutions, building the thing rather than specifying it for someone else to build: automations, internal tools, data plumbing, and AI systems that go into production and stay there. Product, working out what should exist before anyone argues about how to build it. Our approach comes down to four rules. State the problem in plain language before anyone talks about tooling. If a system doesn't change a decision someone makes or a number someone owns, don't build it. Measure the result against what it replaced.
