Siamo la storia di un’azienda di famiglia che nasce nei primi anni ’40 nel cuore della Brianza da un’idea di Angelo Ferruccio Rovagnati e di suo figlio Paolo, giovane sognatore convinto di poter raggiungere l’alta qualità anche per un prodotto da sempre considerato di livello inferiore come il prosciutto cotto. Fondatore, motore e artefice dell’azienda, grazie alle sue intuizioni di marketing, produzione e processi Paolo Rovagnati nel 1968 assume la direzione e porta Rovagnati a diventare una realtà di livello nazionale riconosciuta come leader tra le aziende del settore salumi. Dall’invenzione del Gran Biscotto, il prosciutto cotto con la firma, la crescita di Rovagnati non si è mai fermata. Oggi siamo presenti in più di 20 Paesi, con 6 stabilimenti produttivi in Italia e l’apertura nel 2021 di un impianto produttivo a Vineland (US) che ha dato inizio a una nuova fase della nostra storia all’estero. Nel 2017 viene lanciato il programma che promuove lo sviluppo sostenibile della Società lavorando su tre aree di impegno: Persone, Nutrizione, Ambiente e Filiera.
