Established by Andrew Speed in 2002, Fernlea Business Support offers business consultancy, practical support and coaching at board level. We focus on key aspects of management practice including corporate governance and strategic risk management, regulatory compliance including health, safety and quality control, business continuity, disaster recovery and security, as well as succession planning and exit strategy. Our consultants are highly experienced in delivering projects across a range of industries particularly the charitable, manufacturing, telecommunications, utilities and public sector.
