Peter Fernihough was one of the original founders of WYKO Bearings & Transmissions, starting Lye Bearings in 1966. In 1992 Peter retired as Chairman of Wyko Bearings & Transmissions and as Managing Director of WYKO Group PLC. Fernihough & Co was established in 1992 by Peter Fernihough along with his specialist team. On the 2nd June 2014 Mr Peter Edward Fernihough passed away. Fernihough & Co remains a privately owned family business and is now run by his son Charles Fernihough.
