Charlotte Fernée Kelly provides substantive legal and practical advice to clients and prospective clients in the area of employment & labor and employment law and conducts initial case evaluations, drafts Charges of Discrimination and demands letters to employers. She regularly litigates cases in both state and federal courts, negotiates settlements from initial contact with opposing counsel through final resolution, and co-authored substantive training materials on employee rights topics for the legal community. Admitted to all federal districts in the state of Florida, she is an aggressive litigator as well as a legal counselor. She enjoys helping her clients find both legal and practical solutions for their short and long-term needs. Charlotte Fernée Kelly is a member of The Florida Bar Labor and Employment Law Section, and their Young Lawyers Division. She is also a member of the Florida Chapter of the National Employment Lawyers Association, and has served as a district representative on the executive board for the past three years.
