Fermentlab is the user experience design consultancy of Christopher Hadden. My passion is to create amazing customer experiences that integrate seamlessly between mobile websites, apps, and the Internet of Things. My focus is on architecting customer-centric experiences. This is a function of bridging teams, forging connections, mentoring people, prioritizing resources, and streamlining processes. I am an advocate of open source and web standards. My approach is technology agnostic, agile, responsive, and mobile first.
