Dave believes that fitness and nutrition need to be vaulted to the top of the priority list for each individual in our society. Exercising and strength training are essential to reach our personal fitness goals. It will take serious change, focus, scheduling, energy, and hard work in order to maintain a new lifestyle. Dave is here to coach you, train you, motivate you, help you stay committed to your new lifestyle, and make your goals easier to achieve all while having fun! Take time for yourself, your body, and your health! You deserve it! Dave is originally from Cranford, NJ. Dave values family, friends, trust, health, and humor above all. In his free time he loves to maximize life with travel, yoga, weightlifting, shooting hoops, entertaining, cooking, music (especially hip hop), collecting hats, partying, and helping others. Dave grew up playing soccer, baseball, basketball, and golf. He attended Lehigh University where he graduated with a B.S. in Industrial Engineering. Dave excelled as a Project Manager for 10 years before he decided to pursue his passion for training. He graduated from the rigorous Masters Course at Focus Personal Training Institute in New York City and is also a National Strength and Conditioning Association Certified Personal Trainer. Dave had 3 knee surgeries in high school due to sports injuries and is interested in helping special populations from youth to the elderly overcome those injuries and enjoy life to the fullest physically.
