Theoretically these user numbers can be much higher but we wish to restrict it at this stage as there is no fee involved in setting up as many users (up to 999) as you wish. Q: What is the basic scope of the system? A: The system is based around companies. You enter a company and then select if it is a customer, supplier or both, or a prospect. Then you can add branches if the company has divisions in several locations. Then you can add contacts (people) to either the company or its branch. Any of the companies can also be rated for their performance. From there on you can add sales orders (customer purchase orders/ requests) to customers and allocate people responsible and due date. Each Sales Order can have multiple tasks that can be traced individually by different due dates if required.
