The National Federation of Industries for the Processing and Valorization of Fishery Products (FENIP) is a professional organization created on November 21, 1996. It succeeds the Federation of Canning Industries of Morocco "FICOMA" created in 1948, bringing together 7 professional associations that encompass +300 companies processing and valorizing seafood products operating in the six branches of activity of the sector: -The semi-preserved fish industry: represented by AMASCOP -The fishmeal and oil industry: represented by ANAFAP -The freezing of seafood products on land: represented by ANICOM -The packaging and export of fresh fish: represented by APROMER -All the seafood processing industries in Agadir represented by FIPROMER -The fish canning industry: represented by UNICOP -The seaweed processing industry ( AGAR AGAR ) associate member.
