The assets to customer's service include, in addition to heat generators and their distribution networks, chillers, compressors rooms and compressed air distribution networks, a park of electrical systems consisting of: 400 electrical substations hundreds of kilometers of internal networks for the distribution of electricity 11 cogeneration/trigeneration/combined cogeneration cycle plants. In 2013, main contractual principles have been renewed. It is the first service and energy performance contract - on European scale and in the industrial domain - built according the principle of "shared direction". It foresees, indeed, a return on investments predetermined for the customer, but also a partnership based on the sharing of benefits obtained in common. Between 2001 and 2012, Fenice produced for its client and partner, over 23000 Gwh thermal (heat), 1500 GWh thermal (cold) and 9500 GWh electric. Suppliers
