We are an investment holding company that does things a little differently. Rather than focus only on short term returns, we partner with founders of family owned businesses to provide a trusted succession that protects the team and the business for the long term. We operate and get involved by either buying businesses outright or holding material positions alongside existing shareholders or management. We believe in building value over the long term and contributing to the communities that we serve by empowering people, putting customers at the core of what we do and aiming to improve every single day. Through our own experience we know building a business is hard. Our ethos is simple, we believe in true partnerships so we not only put our money where our mouth is, we get our hands dirty and do whatever is necessary to help the businesses get to the next level. From helping nurture a high performing team, refining operational rhythms, introducing new technology or systems all the way to creating and driving the execution of growth strategies. Whatever is needed we're all in. We also invest into Australian Search Funds through either the traditional or self funded search. Our goal is to invest and give back to the local Australian ecosystem by empowering local entrepreneurs who want to find, buy and build an enduring business.
