As the Founder of Femvolution, Alias mission is to inspire a world in which all women feel free to be who they are. For years she has been empowering thousands of women through her writing, virtual programs, womens circles, and 1-on-1 mentoring programs that assist women to unlock their self-expression and soul work. Alia had always demonstrated a passion for music and the arts in her younger years, yet after graduating from Brown University and being encouraged to take a more traditional and secure career path, Alia stepped into a successful career as a high-level marketing executive for massive blue chip brands and smaller start-up brands. She soon realized as she navigated multiple healing crises that in the grip of the quest for professional achievement inspired by her environment, she had lost touch with her own creativity and the essence of her soul. This sparked 15 years of deep personal and professional exploration and training in models of transformation, entrepreneurship, healing modalities, and womens empowerment which helped her to rediscover her latent musical talents, unlock her self-expression, discover her personal freedom, and embrace her authentic path as a successful artist. When the opportunities came flooding in to share her musical gifts, Alia realized she had tapped into a well of wisdom about how to create the miracle life in which we are living in alignment with our purpose and being paid for our passions. She combined this with a wealth of business and branding experience. As a result, she began mentoring awakening women to express their artistry with their message, mission, and movement by creating branded offerings that were uniquely theirs while embracing the feminine principle of pleasure to both make a true impact with their work and live a luscious, liberated life. She now supports women through her Unveiling Your Artistry and Liberated Woman programs.
