We live in a world where we are constantly told to push harder and stay disciplined. Where hustle culture is glorified and recovery is pushed to one side. I lived this for years. Working, training, socialising, always running on empty. Waking up exhausted and fuelled on coffee, telling myself this was the cost of doing business. I learnt the hard way that you can be as ambitious as you like but if you don't look after yourself, you eventually crash and burn. Ambition Demands Recovery. So I built FELR for men who don't want to slow down. They want to level up their recovery with products designed for them and a community to support them. As I have grown older I have become fascinated with all things performance and recovery, learning as much as I can along the way. I have been taking the supplements within FELR individually for over a year, and have loved how they have improved my energy. Knowing that the supplement market is the Wild West, I wanted a product that ensured the highest quality with meaningful doses.
