Felix is a boutique professional services company based in Queensland providing specialist consulting and strategic advisory services to government and the private sector. We were established in 2017 as an independent, Australian-owned company based on the central idea that knowledge is a compounding asset. We work with globally exposed organisations in aerospace, defence and the broader technological industrial base to help our clients focus, predict, adapt, prepare and respond to events in volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous environments. We do this by applying our specialist domain expertise and experience within resilient execution frameworks, proven strategy-to-task methodologies, and executive partnerships.
