Federația Asociațiilor Bolnavilor De Cancer (Fabc) Information

Federation of Cancer Patients Associations (FABC) is founded in 2005 and is formed from 26 Local Cancer Association around the country. The Federation is accounting over 75.000 members - patients, cancer survivors and volunteers. FABC connects its members with health governmental institutions, European institutions, and similar European and International patient associations. FABC mission is to lobby and advocate for granting cancer patients’ rights and to push the implementations of the measures that reduce the impact of the disease. FABC identifies and addresses the gaps in the patient journey, from diagnosis to treatment initiation and follow up, help ensure patients’ needs are taken care of. Also, FABC improves patient understanding, adherence and outcomes for better results of treatment, as well as access to the right treatment for the right patient
