We provide our FedSmart adviser training program to help financial advisers understand the complex benefits programs that are available to employees of the Federal government --- including information on their CSRS and FERS pension programs, Thrift Savings Plan (TSP), Federal Employees Group Life Insurance (FEGLI), Federal Employees Health Benefits (FEHB), and Federal Long-Term Care Insurance Program (FLTCIP). Financial advisers can also access consulting assistance and marketing support, as well as license our library of FedWise seminar programs to provide employee benefits briefings to Federal employees.
