FCP Solutions (formerly known as Filta-Wash Townsville) is an owner-managed small business that's proudly 100% local. Operating since 1990 under current ownership, FCP Solutions has been servicing the North Queensland region and also into Papua New Guinea. The business changed its name to FCP Solutions in July 2015 to better reflect the products and services it offers today. FCP Solutions now also incorporates the business formerly known as Independent Diesel Spares. This small business specialises in the sourcing of all types of parts for virtually any diesel engine or heavy duty piece of equipment. Since opening 25 years ago, the business has grown steadily because our clients love our consistently high standard of personalised service and our commitment to stock only top quality products. The business has grown from a small outlet recycling air filter elements to now be a major supplier of engine, oil, fuel, air, hydraulic and industrial filters plus engine coolant. We cater to all facets of the market from single users to major mines in Western Queensland and Papua New Guinea. Our staff has a combined 60 years involvement in the filter and allied automotive industry and are committed to providing service and product knowledge well above the level normally found in large multi-national companies. In 2014 FCP Solutions was granted two regional distributorships of two worldwide leading brands of filters - Baldwin Filters and Sakura Filters. We have also held the regional distributorship of PrixMax Coolant since 1996. As a small independent business, these are achievements we are immensely proud of.
