FC Svendborg Information

FC Svendborg is a Danish football club, based in Svendborg, in the southern Denmark region. FC Svendborg's first team plays in the Second Division, having held a mid-table position in the last few seasons. FC Svendborg also have an elite youth department, which comprises of: - U19 2. division (regional league) - U17 Division (national league, highest elite level for B licensed clubs under DBU), - and elite teams at youth level from U13 to U15 playing at the highest regional levels The grassroot department under FC Svendborg is denoted as Svendborgs forenede Boldklubber (SfB). FC Svendborg is a certified talent elite club with a T-license classification. Only 38 selected clubs in Denmark have been given the T-license, an accreditation given by DBU for clubs which adheres to a set of demands such as the number of talents developed, coaching education, medical staff, facilities and meeting the requirements in the sports- as well as economic area.
