I start by stepping back to leap forward, and this unique perspective is something that every business needs at one time or another. We listen to our clients perspective of the issue, we watch and listen to the interaction clients and their customers, we research the most time effective way (both time and cost) to correct the issue, and we execute after fully explaining the plan to the client.
