The Fayette County Humane Society is dedicated to ending the needless suffering of unwanted pets through our aggressive spay/neuter program. The fewer breedable animals in the community, the fewer unwanted litters we have. We are dedicated to rescuing homeless animals in the community. We test, vaccinate and go one step further by having all our adoption pets spayed or neutered (or make arrangements for spaying/neutering) prior to adoption, ensuring they will not reproduce and add to the over population problem.
