Faulkner Construction Information

Faulkner is an award-winning builder of homes designed by architects. For nearly 50 years, we've partnered with New Zealand's leading architects, project managers and homeowners to deliver exceptional architectural homes and renovations. We believe great projects come from true partnership. That means aligning early, communicating clearly, protecting design intent and taking ownership of the outcome. Our award-winning carpenters are employed and trained in-house, supported by dedicated site leadership, project management and financial management teams. Every project includes a dedicated Project Financial Manager, providing clarity and confidence throughout the build journey. Through The Craftsmen leadership group, we continue to invest in our people, uphold our standards and strengthen the culture that sits behind every project we deliver. Designed by Architects. Delivered by Faulkner.
