FATA Spa has been recently acquired by DANIELI Group, the world wide leader in delivering steel, aluminum and other non ferrous metal plants. The strategic union between FATA and Danieli will serve the industry sector by leveraging the extensive expertise and elevated process know-how of both Companies in the metal field and in particular in the aluminium sector. Danieli FATA Hunter handles the implementation of single equipment as well as complete turn-key plants for the aluminium, steel and stainless steel processing industries. Feasibility studies, financing analyses, engineering, equipment manufacturing, construction, personnel training, know-how transfer and technical assistance are provided. Danieli FATA Hunter in the Aluminium Sector Know-how, design, development and manufacture of machinery for the production of aluminium strip and foil, from continuous casting and rolling through finishing processing, including continuous coil coating. Danieli FATA Hunter in the Steel and Stainless Steel Sector At the end of 1994 Danieli FATA Hunter acquired the assets of Production Machinery (PM), therefore further expanding its capabilities and experience in engineering, designing and manufacturing of processing lines equipment for coiled flat rolled metals, and in particular steel and stainless steel.
