Fastraq Limited was founded in 1997 by Elric Pedder and Adrian Koe in Cambridge, UK. The company was formed to push forward the development of a new Mailtraq, a new concept in Internet connectivity software (a product that had already been in development for a year). Originally Fastraq provided software to thousands of Demon Internet users enabling them to operate multi-user e-mail systems on Windows platforms for the first time without prohibitive costs. Within months users were demanding a comprehensive product to solve the needs of corporates, educational organisations and individuals alike. Fastraq's reputation rapidly spread through the United Kingdom and the rest of Europe. Rapid software development and fast upgrade turnaround times allowed Mailtraq to be quickly adapted to new environments. Fastraq now operates from London, UK, enjoying rapid growth as Mailtraq proves to be hugely popular around the world. Sales have tripled in the last year and Mailtraq has recently won the highest ever rating from Internet.Works magazine. In 2000, the company Novitraq was incporporated in Canada. Novitraq represents the development arm of the business and is now responsible for both the continuing development of Mailtraq and also our future products. Novitraq operates from Montreal, Quebec.
