Fastloop Information

Fastloop provides access to a rich collection of resources, including an online community of connected people who create content, read, view, listen to, edit, update and share content with networks of other Fastloop users, through a network of properties which may be accessed via the Internet (the "Service"). The Service specifically provides access to a variety of tools and resources that allow users to develop and participate in physical fitness training programs and plans ("Plans"). The Plans require rigorous exercise and certain users should consider getting a doctors checkup before starting up on an exercise routine including but not limited to those new to regular exercise, those who have diagnosed illnesses which preclude them from exercising, and those whose lifestyle or family history is known to predetermine them to sudden cardiac episodes or other exercise related medical problems. Fastloop shall not be liable for any injury, illness or death which results from the application, whether correct or otherwise, of advice or information contained in these pages and you agree that your use of a Plan is at your own risk. As a user of the Service, you understand and agree that the Service may also include advertisements that are necessary for Fastloop to provide the Service, and the Service may include certain communications from Fastloop, such as service announcements and administrative messages, and you will not be able to opt out of receiving such communications. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, any new features that augment or enhance the current Service, including the release of new Fastloop properties, shall be subject to the TOS. You understand and agree that the Service is provided "AS-IS" and that Fastloop assumes no responsibility for the timeliness, deletion, mis-delivery or failure to store any user communications or personalization settings.
