Founded by Chris Carey in London in 2014 as Media Insight Consulting, FFWD Group was built on a conviction that a deeper understanding of technology, fans and market trends would help the music industry thrive. We have worked with some of the biggest names in the businesss, including Sony Music, The O2, Hipgnosis Songs, Warner, BMG, as well as LIVE, Music Australia, and the UK Intellectual Property Office. Above all, we remain human-centric. Every project is led by senior operators who have run teams at labels, launched businesses and shaped government policy. Our commitment to community is underlined by our flagship music conference, FFWD, which was founded in 2016, and has hosted over 450 speakers & 2,500 executives from across the music industry in London, Amsterdam, Leeds & Sydney.
