FASTER train its students to optimise clients' physical performance through functional and corrective biomechanics. Giving trainers the tools to deliver a product that is effective and enjoyable for the client. Without the results and the fun along the way, it is an uphill battle. With those goals in mind, FASTER Health and Fitness set up as an educator in 2006 in order to start producing personal trainers who really made a difference.
