Fast Feedback is a whole-school assessment and feedback model designed to replace traditional marking policies. Built by teachers and school leaders, it reduces marking and reteach planning from hours to minutes while delivering individualised, measurable feedback for every pupil. Assessments can be completed online or on paper, with student logins used only where they add value. The platform enables teachers to draw on freely available Oak National Academy question banks or create and reuse their own assessments, while AI supports consistent feedback, targeted reteach, and follow-up checks so schools can see whether learning has genuinely improved. Supported by Shine funding and developed in close partnership with schools, Fast Feedback is designed for real classrooms today and scalable growth across subjects, phases, and whole-school use in the future.
