Fast was found in 2002 as an idea of motivated and creative team and business oriented in the field of Lcv convertion. The Production Site was based inside the Industrial District of Val di Sangro (Atessa - Chieti-Italy), close to important manufacturing automotive companies as Sevel: Fiat-Psa Group. Fast’s production management was founds on a “light” and “flexible” structure. It allows the Team to guarantee the best production volumes and an excellent qualitative standards, thanks to an organic highly qualified and using itself specialized external partners in the sector of “LCV”-Light Commercial Vehicles conversions. Fast growing up was one of the success factors. It must be sought in the strategy for selection, training and management of the staff ‘cause it represents one of the basic assets of the Fast.
