On the employer side, Faruse helps European companies across technology, healthcare, engineering and other talent-short industries discover and connect with international candidates they cannot reach through traditional hiring channels. Founded in 2021 by two international students who experienced firsthand the barriers they now solve, the platform has grown to more than 200,000 users across every EU country without venture capital or paid advertising.
