Our respected livestock section reaches an impressive number of farms and covers a diverse range of topics – from animal health and nutrition, to shows and events, to machinery and more. Farmers Guide also covers livestock shows, conferences and on-farm visits, and works with a team of experts to bring livestock farmers the latest advice each month. Each issue includes extensive technical coverage of agricultural machinery and equipment, written by our machinery team including award-winning machinery contributor, David Williams and machinery reporter, Daniel Hodge. National and international machinery launches, exclusive on-farm user stories, auctions and open day reports are included every month. The magazine also contains the UK’s largest agricultural classified section. Farmers Guide is proven to be a trusted technical publication, having been in print since 1979. The magazine is sent free and direct to named decision makers – farmers or farm managers – who have requested to receive the magazine, with a minimum of 40ha of farmed land and/or 50 head of livestock, or 10,000 poultry. On average, our readers have 228ha of land.
